The Depression Learning Path: Useful Tool in the Depression/Anxiety Journey

Several years ago now, I came across this outstanding resource page called "The Depression Learning Path" and wanted to share it with you. It combines spot-on diagnostic tools with practical methods of changing patterns of belief and action in order to find relief and healing. This LINK will lead you to the page that I first came to the site from. It's a diagram called The Cycle of Depression-How Depression Works, and is excellent. I hope that this resource is useful and would like to hear if it helps you. God bless!

  1. There is a story behind each of these silent struggles and it should be heard. Dr. Yashwin Kang, one of the most prominent psychiatrist in Chandigarh knows that mental health issues are not merely a matter of medical conditions, they represent a personal struggle. An expert in depression, anxiety, panic disorders, OCD, and mood disorders, he does not just treat people, he gives them hope. Dr. Kang has established a secure environment that promotes patient understanding, as opposed to blame, through patience, empathy, and clinical accuracy. He does not just want to recover but to rebuild confidence, peace and control over life, one mind, one story at a time.
